urgent help with BL please!!

hey everyone so ive been working on my PA bodylift the past 2 days and finally got all the blocks in except for the front passneger core support. i CANNOT get the bolt to thread out of the bushing no matter what i do. i have heated it with a torch, PB blaster....everything! all it does it spin with the bolt. should i take out all the passenger side blocks and press it down with the truck itself? it wouldt work last night when i had my friend sit on the core supprt any other ways?? this pic is as far as i can get it...

Had the same thing happen to me, I just used a sawzall to cut the bolt in between the rubber bushing and the top metal flange. Dunno if that's the best way though.

set it back down, have someone sit on the core support, heat the nut and impact the bolt out

I have everything you just mentioned...they worked on all the other bolts, but not this one, I don't understand why :-(

Those front two body mounts were a pain on mine as well. They are perfectly designed for collecting water and encouraging rust. I used a pipe wrench to hold the top flange of the body mount while backing the bolt out. Plenty of heat and blaster too.

well, somehow an alleged 10 hour job turned into 3 days of pain and suffering, but i finally got it done, lol. you guys probably won't approve of this, but after lots of heat, PB blaster, and impact tools i had no success. i ended up just hacking off the top of the bolt to get the mount off the truck, then chopped off the threaded part of the mount. i dont think it really affected anything, both mounts are the exact same height still. probably not the best method....but i ran out of options (and patience)...

I had the same issues with mine, I ended up grinding the head off and then clamping it in a vise and using a pipe wrench to get it out.
