Stock 04 2wd 5speed suggestions on lift kit please.
I am new to the forums by 3-4 days. I have an 04 2wd regular cab edge with stock suspension. I just recently purchased 33x12.5 BFG Mud Terrain tires and slapped them on some 15x8 ProComp Rock Crawlers with a 3.75 inch backspacing. I would like some advice on rather or not I will need a suspension lift of any kind, front end leveling kit, or any kind of wheel spacers to ensure that I won't have any rubbing anywhere. has anyone done this please? What are your thoughts? Input would be extremely helpful as I am kind of new to this sort of thing and don't know anyone who does.

If I were to install a 3 inch spindle lift would the 33x12.5x15 rub at all and if so please explain. Keep in mind I have 15x8 wheels with 3.75in backspacing and while browsing the forums I believe I recall someone recommending a 3.25bs.

You should be ok. Not 100% sure but it sounds like it would be fine. I did the expo swap on my rear-end and it only ended up costing me $150 after I sold my old one. I would recommend doing that. I'm happy as hell with mine.

Thank you all so very much. Any other ideas please keep them coming. As of this moment I have accomplished installing AAL & TB-Crank. Already purchased the 15x10 ProComp MOABs I decided on and now I wait. Don't want to drop all the cost of the tires at once because there's a few other projects I'm, working on (Honey-do List) that are tying my funds down. I have been doing a lot of research that says leveling blocks are bad on your vehicle and not to use them. Any other ideas on how to get that front up a few more inches?

no, you want more BS to keep the wheels in more. pushing them out means they need more room to move around in your wheel well.
now, for lifting, look into Doetsch spindles, a 2" lift block and a 2" shackle. this will give you a small rake, and it looks killer. get some 3-4" lift shocks for the back, and your done! none of those will hurt your truck. Doetsch is IMHO the #1 maker of spindles. they are less then fabtech or pro-comp, they are stronger, and they are better made. I have had mine for almost a year now, and love em.
now gearing with 33's, if you have a 4.0L, do 4.56's. if you have anything smaller, 3L or 4cylinder, get 4.88's.
