want some rear end lift

hey everyone, I am wanting to lift my rear end a little bit. Maybe 3 or 4 inches? I am at stock height and my rear end is about even with the front of the truck or maybe a little bit lower. I would like for the rear end to be a little higher than the front. I have been reading and I saw there are 4 inch skyjacker leafs. Do you think that would be too much on a stock truck? I also read about add a leafs and shackles. Any opinions? I dont really have any plans for suspension lift in the future, just a body lift.

here is a picture of my truck.

Id do shackles. They dont cost too much.

do add a leaf. I did it, it lifts about 3 inches, and also improves your payload capacity. I did that and cranked my torsion bars and I love it.

Why do you want the rear so much higher than the front?

cause thats how a truck is made to be, so you dont look like your taking off every time you put a 2x4 in the back. Its not that much higher, but his is lower in the back right now.

you should be banished for having a name so similar to mine. :fing26:

at the time i had never seen your name so i thought it was a good idea. and to answer above post, my rear is lower or even with front and being a drag guy, i think the rear needs to be up higher on cars and esp trucks.
