There are 3" bodylifts. I think for the Edge your spindle choices are like 3.5" or 5" inches, something like that (Don't quote me on it).

BL: Performance Accessories

I think the spindles are made by fabtech? I'm not sure though. Wait for someone to say exactly what you would need as far as spindles go.

You can lift 2wd Edges with 3.5" spindles with Procomp, Fabtech, or Doestch. These range from about $350 for spindle only to $1300 for the full kit

You can also get the Camburg 6.0 which is a super heavy duty 3.5" spindle kit, you get 6" with a torsion bar crank. This one starts at $1550 (parts only) for the Entry Level kit, to $1950 for the Performance kit (dual shocks).

AND, you can get the 5.5"-6" RCD kit that deletes the Torsion bars and adds a coilover. This kit is about $2400.

And then there's the body lift.

I thought about it I have some 36 swampers that would fit the 20"s but I already have 1" adaptors and I am rubbing the sway bar at full lock.I would need some rims with a different backspacing. I think I might put the 20's on my other ranger.

With a stepside, you should be able to fit 35s with just a BL. I think Charlie (Jack Sparrow) is going to be running either 35s or 38s with BL and Spindles.

Oh, yeah, the RCD is out and Rockymountainsusp.com sells them.
