What type of shocks?
What type of shocks?
I know, i know there are a ton of threads out there about shock preferences but they all seem to be for lifted trucks. My 02 ranger 4x4 has a completely stock suspension besides a cranked T-bar. I am thinking about doing either Ranchos or Bilstiens. What should i get?
about 4 years ago i bought a set of bilsteins from this person

and absolutely LOVED them. Good price and an awesome shock

I was at 4 Wheel Parts they other day, and they had the Pro Comp MX6 there.
It's a 6 way adjustable shock with no reservoir. It's really easy to adjust and I was thinking of those for the future, anyone know anything about them?

Im with him on these shocks. They are on my ranger and I love em. Really nice to tow with too even though i need new ones.
I'm not too fond of my bilsteins on my Level 2. They dont have enough rebound dampening. The truck wants to bounce off the ground while going thru whoops (and I mean going slow too)
Not to dredge up an old thread but I ordered the Bilsteins today. I've had them on my 2000 Camaro for ages and they are a great shock. Not too sure if I like the idea of them being BOUNCY but they have to be better than what I have now...a blown drivers side stock shock. :)
