Will the spindle lift damage nething?

Hey guys.. i got a fabtech 3 inch spindle lift and sum 33 super swamper sts waiting in my garage to be installed but the guys at the dealership said they wouldnt recommend installing the spindles because it would cause damage to something with the power steering or sumthing like that.. is it tru and is there anything else that might happen? i was just wondernig before i get myself into an expensive load of trouble with my truck.. Any comment would help

I have not heard of any damage on the power steering or any other component, except the usual wear on the balljoint and stuff. The guys at the dealership seem to tell everyone a load of BS.
