solid axle swap kit - British Columbia

so i know this has been brought up on here before however im not interested in developing a kit, i simply made two of everything when i did my truck because my friend that helped me sas my truck was looking into buying a ranger and his plans fell through and now we have a "kit" that is actually remarkably simple to put under the truck. the front hanger was designed by my self and i had it laser cut at KSM Fabricators (http://www.ksmlaser.com/). they have the hanger in thier computer still so if there is more interest more can easily be made. the hanger was built for a wagoneer D44 spring centers and the rancho RS44044 leaf springs. any spring can be used however as long as the bushing width is kept to 3". i made the sleeves for the shackles in the frame the same as my truck. this "kit" includes the dom frame sleeve, rubber bushings and don sleeves for the bushing. shackles are 6.75" center to center with the spacer welded to the inside shackle. im wanting to sell just the hanger and shackle set up and its up to the buyer to buy springs and shock hoops ect.. i used the trail gear shock hoops. they are cheap and seem to be pretty good quality.

i dont have a price set yet, more or less checking to see if there is any interest for something like this. its sitting in the shop ready to be shipped so let me know what you guys think.

not sure how the spring centers compare for bigger axles but if i remember correctly its 32" centers. not sure if those centers can work for other axles?

Pretty cool. If I were at the point where I wanted to SAS soon, I'd be all over this.

Thanks that would be awesome. Hopefully this "kit" is exactly what someone needs to get started or motivated!

i paid a visit to my buddy who helped me do my truck today and asked him if the opportunity came up to sell the the under the engine cross member as an option we can make them up pretty easy. not sure what benefits it provides but i thought it looks neat and helps spiff up the sas.

Ok, so I've been pm'ing people who have asked how much but for simplicity I'll just post the prices rite here. I want $350 for the hanger/shackle kit (including Dom frame sleves, bushings, dom bushing sleves, hanger, shackles, and grade 8 bolts) or $400 for everything listed above plus the under the engine x-member. Everything that can be welded ahead of time already is. Feel free to post here or pm me if you are interested or have question.

measured the bumpers for you and the bottom of the front bumper is 26.5" from the ground an the rear is 28.5"

i have a body lift in my truck to so if i were to take it out i would sit about the same height as a dbl lifted ranger (just to give you idea on size) i used some toyota "baja" leafs for the rear. they are a pretty big pack so some 6" skyjackers or something might have been nicer. overall the truck works awesome tho!
