I hear you. I have the lift shackle on mine at the lowest setting and the rear rides real nice now. I actually need to bring the front up some. I think I ended up with closer to 5" drop up front. Found me a set of 1" drop spring. So I bought them to put on the 98. I am almost on bump stops up front.
