You are looking at a used set of left (driver side) and right (passenger side) rear disc brake anti-moan brackets or braces from a 1998 Ford Mustang GT. These parts connect the rear axle tubes to the disc brake assembly on each rear wheel to provide stability and reduce brake noise. I was not able to find any part number stamping, but the parts are stamped "LH" and "RH".

These parts come from a 1998 Ford Mustang GT that I am getting rid of. Therefore, I have no use for these, and offer them up here.

The brackets are in good shape cosmetically, and excellent shape functionally. They had roughly 150,000 miles of use when pulled. There are no cracks or bends on the body of the brackets. Bolt holes on the brake side are intact and in great condition. Bolts are not included, so you will have to source or re-use your own. There is some surface rust on the painted bracket bodies, but much of the paint is intact and maintains its original gloss. The u-bolts are not bent or distorted in any way, but do have a significant amount of surface rust. Likewise, the threads of the u-bolts have some surface rust, so you may wish to go over them with a cleaning die. All four nuts are included for the u-bolts, they turn fine but you may wish to replace them with something cleaner. The bracket assemblies are ready to repaint and clean up if desired, or install immediately.

These parts are listed to fit the 1994-98 Ford Mustang GT, or any vehicle such as the late-model Ford Ranger being converted to Mustang GT rear disc brakes. Similar year Mustang Cobras, or vehicles being converted to Cobra rear disc brakes, will require different brackets. Please check compatibility with a dealer, parts store, or other reliable source.
