I kinda jumped the gun and picked this up with the idea of making it work with my 02 but now I just don't want to mess with it. Will fit 93-94 and I have no idea what other years this may fit but maybe someone will chime in. Based on the parts list in the instructions, everything appears to be there. I would like to see $120 shipped (to lower 48) since that is what I paid but reasonable offers will be accepted. Thanks guys.

No, it will not fit a 95. PA 853 is the part number for the 95's. I am not sure what the difference is.
