You've already got what he's selling.

'08+ Torsion bar trucks were lowered by Ford about 1.5-1.75". If these keys are installed in an 08+ with the same bolt preload, they'll bring the truck back up to 'normal' height of 07 and older trucks.

 

you have an 04 so you wouldn't need them, the 08+ trucks sit 1" lower and they can put in the older keys to lift them to stock height of earlier rangers
