Trip Around The County

Well still busy and haven't had much time, decided to go back to some silverstars and upgraded my Hellas to 100W, Ill go HIDS in them eventually. I am about to find a shop to put my axle back together and hopefully I can install it. I hate to say it but I am still at a lost what to do with my truck. Anyway some pics:

County road driving

Primed the roof to keep it from getting rusty, had some surface rust on it.

A local Fire dept in my county, Has some old but nice equipment, and a nice command truck, Would be nice if we could get something like this for us haha

Command truck

Old Napa Place in my town

Tried something the fullsize guys do, Insulated my stocker intake with some Foil Insulation and Foil take, I cleaned it up and sprayed some adhesive and taked the seams, Haven't really seen much of a difference, Has a little more pep to it.

Got bored one day and spayed my diff cover with some chrome paint

Led 3rd brake light I got from a friend

Nice pictures!

Any plans for the truck in the immediate future? You said that you are "lost what to do with my truck"

Can we recommend some things?

Ok awesome. I didnt want to start throwing suggestions and you possibly get offended.

I'd say some rear gap guards, and cutting off the stock exhaust pipe behind the rear tire would help clean up the truck a little bit.

More shots:

Got some shots in today, Me and dad primed the hood so we just need to do some sanding and paint, though I am thinking on just going ahead and redoing the whole truck while I am at it anyway here:

Closer look, tried something different to the grille:

Heading back towards the house, I ran across this engine for a town rough 20 miles away from mine, I actually work rescue in this part of the county but it is the first time I have seen this townships engine, Really fancy:

These next few shots are from another fire dept close to mine, To be honest I have been interested on coming by this department because they actually have out first fire engine for my town, However no one was at the station so i am gonna have to try again next time but seen these 2 out in the back and figure I grab some shots.

This is an old crash truck, from a Airport not far from me

Echo's Old front mount GMC pumper:

I actually have an idea, thinking on painting the truck and repairing the issues and may add a vinyl strip on the truck, it would be the same color of the silver 2 tone I have already, messing around on the MS paint just to see how it looks.
