Went back to straigt pipe but with no cat this time. can you tell a diffrence. might throw on a 10 series

Truck sounds grumpy with no cats. LOUD.

 

i think it was the mic that was taken with a droid. the catless vid was a gopro

How's the noise in the cab?

 

annoying around town. on the highway is a rumble no drone. cruising at 40 at 1400rpm is a nicee tone

 

did you remove all the cats or just the last one?

2 cats are gone one precat is still there so the o2 can monitor efficiency but that small pre cat does hardly anything

 

gotcha. i removed my last one and put a series 10 on it. it sounds good below 3k.. anything above that it gets pretty raspy. but thats pretty typical i guess. Im gonna redo my exhaust after the body lift

as always, You shouldn't have a cat in your muffler, your probably getting horrible gas mileage that way. I'm sure it screams pretty loud too.

I like it without the catalytic. sounds manlier. as manlier as you can get with a V6.
