Unusual '08 Ranger...reg cab/4.0
 

This looks nice...definately not very common...

Definitely don't see those around much! When I worked at the a few years back we only ever got one in. I think it was an 04/05 if I remember right. It'd look pretty sweet lifted!

almost looks like a 2wd. and strange it has no 4x4 stickers. lol would be cool to have for sure though.

The only thing that would make it uber rare is if the bed was 7'. Clean truck for sure, whoever buys it is getting a deal.

I don't think the option for a 7' bed has been available for a while or has it? Not sure the exact year but I think it was a while ago.

7 ft bed was available in 08. He alluded to 4.0, that was definitely not available in a reg cab in 08.

Yea, it might have only been available in the states w/a 7' bed. I can't remember when I ordered mine. I do know that the 7' bed was only an option for 2wd.

4.0 SOHC Regular cabs (4x4 or 2WD) were only offered in 2001 and 2006-2008 or 2009.

It's an 08 so it's only an inch higher than the 2WDs. 08+ have different torsion keys and 1.5in blocks instead of 2.5inch.

4.0 Regular cabs were available from 06 to 08 or 09.

Yup. 01+ 7ft is 2WD only. Up until 2010 when they discontinued the 7ft bed all together.
