good wheel and tire combo?

im going to do wheels and tires on my truck. it has the 15's right now, i'll be going to 16's. i like the dick cepek wheels, i think its the dc2's. i think even tho everyone has them they still look good on rangers. especially the step sides. i plan on going with a 245-75-16 and i want to keep that diamiter due to gearing and what not. i went through a local re-tread company and got a set for 100 a tire. now my question is what should i do to put the ttires out of the fenders as much as possible. i want a wide stance. what is a good measurement to go with? for offset that is.

It will most likely take an additional spacer to get those small tires out past the fender. They are barely 10 inches wide.

It's not going to look good with a 245 sticking way out. Those are small tires.

You can go with spacers or a lot of negative offset

Really if you want the stuck out look 15s would be better. I have 16s on my truck and I like em, but after so many years I wish I went with 15s lol. Tires for 15" wheels are cheaper too.

15" aftermarket wheels usually have a bigger offset thus pushing the wheels out further making the tires stick out of the wheel well more.

But if you are dead set on 16s, spacers is going to be your best bet. I think I may get some 1-1 and half inch spacers for my ride someday. Let us know what you end up getting!
