hello. i just sold my '96 ranger, and bought a nice 2003 ranger edge 4x4. i want to put bigger tires on it. what is the largest tire i can put on it without tweaking anything, and have no problems? thanks for any help you can give. ac.

 

for stock 16" wheels

265x75x16 and 285x75x16 are perfect

for 15x7 or 15x8 wheels

31x10.5x15 or 32x11.5x15 are also just right

 

thanks redneck. i can't remember what the 265/285 stands for? i think it's tire height. is there a noticeable difference between the 2?
