Local Ford dealer said they would throw off my speedometer. I can live with that but could it also mess up my ABS?

I know vehicle ABS systems are calibrated for the "stock" size tire. I almost went that size tire on my 2002 Ranger EDGE 2WD with 15x8" wheels that I have. But decided to stick with the stock 235/75R15. I'm happy with my choice...

It will not effect your abs, and will most likely make your speedometer more accurate.

Thanks. I was wondering.
A local tire dealer had that size real cheap.
I wound up staying with the stock size 225/70/15 BFG Long Trail T/A
