Body lift or lift spindles

I was just introduced into lift spindles, I have a 2005 ford ranger edge stock and want to put 33s on it, what would be better, to just get a body lift 3 inches or is there something better?

Body lift will be cheaper. If you get lift spindles, you also have to get something to lift the rear of the truck.

Suspension lifts always look better than just a body lift thrown on something, but that is just my opinion. I will say, I do like double lifted rangers too though.
