I have the famous fx4 wheels on my Ranger. I don't know the specs on the wheels other than they're 15". My question is, will 33 x 12.50's fit on this wheel?

 

you CAN... but its not recommended. some shops wont put them on too small of rim for the fact of them breaking a bead or something and coming off. about 8"-10" wide wheel is recommended for 12.50. plus stock rims are sucked in so you will rub.

 

They'll fit. Stock rims are 7" wide. Its not ideal but it will work. Make sure to play with the pressure to get the best wear and ride. A lot of members have ran that exact same combo before with no issues.

you have to run a little lower tire pressure to get even wear but no big deal

 

anybody have similar wheels to the fx4's that are 8" wide? I like my wheels, I wish they were the right width.

 

all stock newer wheels are only 7" wide..go figure

 

yeah i have 33x12.5s on an fx4.. i dont really rub unless im flexing like a boss or turning super super hard.

I want a more aggressive offset and 15x8s.. so if anyone wants some alcoas hit me up.

Oh and i have had better wear with the 33x12.5 than i did with the 31x10.5
