33's?

i have an 01 ranger that im probably gonna put a 3" body lift on as soon as i get my tax return. I already have a torsion crank and was wondering if my 33x12.5 trxus mud terrains would rub with just my stock wheels. I'm not even sure the tires will fit on my stock wheels because of the width. Just thought I'd ask though. Thanks. Eric.

finish saving $ first it isnt a smart idea to run 12.5" wide on a 7" wide rim..

Go with 8 inch wide wheels.
You should upgrade over stock wheels, but you won't have any real problems if you keep them balanced, rotated and properly inflated on the 7" wheels.

with the right backspacing wheels you can fit 35x12.50 with a T-bar crank and minor trimming of the rear of the valence, the more back spacing the better.

Is your truck your DD ? I don't know about the tires your are talking about but my BFG MT's are crap in rain and I would not want to have them on DD. I also get a fair amount of rain, they are great in snow you get a lot of snow up there so maybe they would be good for you.

edit: also as said above 12.5 wide tires should be on at least a 8-9 inch wide wheel your stock ones are only 7 inches so you should get new wheels. check out 4wheelparts.com some black steel wheels are about $60 each.

Told ya buddy. Hop on ebay, you can get some Polished Aluminium 15x10s (I think 15x10+15x8 are nearly the same price) for about $400. Less for steel. I only payed $405 for mine shiped.
