Tire size help!

I have a 07 Regular Cab 2WD. I just ordered a 3" lift for the rear and once my income tax comes back ill get my 3" lift spindles(what brand do you recommend?), set of bilsteins and my toyos ordered. I decided im going to get some Toyo Open Country A/Ts. But I can't decide on what size. My stock tire size is 225/70R15(27.4") I can't decide between 225/75R15(28.3") or 235/75R15(28.9").

Of course I'd love to go with the larger tire cause it would fill the wheel well better with the 3" lift but I'm concerned about loosing some towing power cause I tow a 14' boat often! Will the 1.5" taller tire affect my towing much?

My big truck I swapped the gears to 4.56s but I'd rather just keep the stock gearing so swapping gears is not an option.

With a 3" lift I wouldn't go with anything less then 31's. It won't look good. I would do 32's though.

Decided to sell the lift and just install new tires. Ended up with 235/70/R15 BFG Radial T/A installed for 355. Looks much better with a larger tire filling the hole and now i have black side out instead of white letters.
