35/14.5/15 Boggers

I have a chance to get some 35/14.5/15 Boggers for a good price but I'm kind of leary about getting that wide of a tire. I've figured that it would be 18 more lbs per tire/wheel after I get some 15x10's compared to my current setup. I could buy some aluminum wheels instead of steel to help with the weight but if I bought some fancy wheels that would defeat the purpose of my good deal.

I think that would be pretty hard on the IFS but it would look sweet haha

Any thoughts?

you may rub, plus the rolling resistance my be hell. however, it will look rad. i wouldnt wheel it too much but why not

EricRanger 04-17-2010 09:01 PM

Get em! there not much wider than mine and I think they will look great!

camodown 04-17-2010 09:06 PM

why get boggers if you're not going to wheel them haha

I'm thinking about it

do it..... do it now it will only make your truck sicker.....

ranger4.0 04-18-2010 01:09 AM

Why did you even need to ask?

chainfire 04-18-2010 11:33 AM

Why not? If they are such a great deal, then if you dont like them, sell them for more than you payed for them.

Plus boggers instantly make your street cred go up 8 points.

still waiting on pics to make sure they have as much tread as he says they do. Still thinking about it

Get em.. Its only money, you'll make more next week, right? Midland huh? You guys have many meets or ever meet up with any of the guys from the Texas area? Im only 10 hours from yall, lol.

camodown 04-18-2010 06:07 PM

when I lived in austin we had quite a few but the central texas crowd had kind of cleared out. Then we have had 2 midland meets but it probably has been about a year since the last one.

Haha popping the question isn't the problem, its buying the ring to go along with that thats sucking all my funds lol. But yes, right beside the bloated dead horse was one of my top choices.
