heck ya its a 31.5x11.2x18" tire. it will fit no problem. ONLY thing you might have to do is crank the Torsion bars about 2 times. IF you get a crazy backspacing/offset. but otherwise it will fit fine

I'm also going the 18" route when I get a tax return soon. I'm not sure what size tires I'm going to use though. I have 255/70 R16 and I want something nearly identical or if I had to a tiny bit larger in height to these tires. I reprogrammed my PCM with the WDS when I worked at Ford so the speedometer was correct and I want to keep it that way. I honestly don't know what size tire is closest to what I have now. I look at them everyday but I've just never really cared. When in doubt I'll pester someone at a Tire Kingdom.

I ordered them about 10 minutes ago and they should be here next wednesday. I went with a 255/60/18 instead so i wont have any rubbing problems. I will post pics of my ruck next week when i put them on there. Now i need to sell my factory edge wheels.

255? That sounds a little small... I bet it will look great though.

I think I'm planning on 35x12.5x17s... I like a little bit bigger rim. It's like off-road bling

so i should change it to a 285-60-18. The wheels have to go to Tennesse then to my house so i can change it today on the order. A 285 will fit with no problems with rubbing.

Well the the guy Joe called me this morning and told he mounted on BFGoodrich All Terrain 265-60-18's on there so it will have some meat for puddle jumping . I have the camera ready to take some pictures of it before and after the wheels and tires.

What you need to do to post pics, is get it hosted on cardomain, or tinypic.com. I use tinypic.com. Load it up and it'll give you a "img" box with the address in the box. Copy and paste over here. Or if on cardomain, right click on the pic when its big, click properties, and copy the address of the pic. Then come over here, and insert the addy in

Good luc kand can't wait to see!!!

thanks for sending then John. I have some 18x9 Cobra R's that I am debating whether to put them on. I'm gonna think about this hard (assuming I don't have backspace issues). There's a decent amount of rubber left, at least comapating to a Honda with 17" rims. I guess I'd like to here offroading opinions from guys about using this combo.

You started with a 285-60-18 that Zach said would be 31.5" Tall.

You put on 265-60-18".

Explain to stupid me- did the tire get wider or taller from planned? What diameter are those John? i assume they are working good for you?

They are roughly 30.5 inches tall and 10.5 wide . Since the wheels have the factory backspacing of 4.5 inches they dont stick out or rub at all. They made it sit a bit higher going from the factory 235-70-16 to the 18 in tires. It seems to ride a bit smoother sincer they weigh more also. The tires are BFGoodrich Long Trail radial tires. I finally got them posted right after you did. Thanks any way for the help.
