bfg all terrain?

how many types of all terains has BFG made? i was looking at cl and there was a set that had all the tread on them, but they looked really really old..

Trigger01 08-01-2009 04:53 PM

trying to find his posting.. i think he may have sold them. cant find the posting anywhere.. the tread looked like the same, but the sidewalls were diffrent. the letters were like 2x the reg size

01_ranger_4x4 08-01-2009 05:02 PM

they are probably the pre KO era AT's. they have a different pattern on the sidewall and the tread looks a little different.

2001xlt4d 08-01-2009 05:03 PM

You really shouldn't be driving on tires that old, its not safe.

I found that out the hard way when one popped on me...

2001xlt4d 08-02-2009 03:40 PM

they werent the rugged trails. i swear they were all terrains but the letters were 2x the size and the sidewall was diffrent..

04blackedge 08-02-2009 03:42 PM

Are you sure they were BFGoodrich? Could they have been Bridgestone or something similar?

2001xlt4d 08-02-2009 03:45 PM

no, the deff were bfg, i saw them on a truck today too... can somone show me the pre KO era at's?

04blackedge 08-02-2009 03:46 PM

The Radial All Terrains posted above are the pre-KO

2001xlt4d 08-02-2009 04:03 PM

ahh gotcha thanks. they might have been the radials... would that have been a bad deal.

04blackedge 08-02-2009 04:05 PM

I wouldn't run tires that old personally, very prone to blow-outs as proven above.

2001xlt4d 08-02-2009 04:07 PM

okay cool i figured there was a catch to it. 300 for all 4... i finally found the post this mornin but it was not there when it was time to post when i got back home

The_Punisher 08-02-2009 04:10 PM

yeah they lasted a cool 1 month... :( BUT THEY WERE FREE! haha

Toms994x4 08-02-2009 06:05 PM

The reason I posted the Rugged trails was because they have almost the same tread pattern but a different name. I'm still trying to think of what you're talking about. It's probably the radials.
