brake dust and build up

got a question to see if anyone else has seen this. I washed my truck and scrubed my aluminum wheels with a turtle product polish on all four wheels. About to days after that, the front two wheels are filthy, i didnothin but regular driving on the road. Does anyone think my brakes are goin bad or gone... or some reasoning that they are covered in dust but only the front wheels????
any help would be great...thanks guys

I find the front wheels get dirty quickly as well. I'm pretty sure it's just the normal wear of the disk brakes.

I coped with it by getting black rims.

There is a Brake dust repellant you can buy, Michelin makes it. I picked up a can from AutoZone before i mounted my 15x10's. I sprayed a few coats of it on the back of the rim. It seems to be working really good as the brake dust just washes off with water.

Which brand of brake pads are you using? Some brands give off more brake dust, generally the cheaper models are the worst. I had those Duralast pads from autozone and they were the worst pads by far! I now use ceramic brake pads which are know for sall amounts of brake dust and better stoping power. I've had them for 100 miles so far and my rims are still clean.
