can i fit 31's!!!!! stock 94 2wd

i just got my ranger and im 17 i its got these little dinky tires on it and i wanna shove some 31's under it. i plan on getting a leveling kit soon but in case i dont for awhile how much trouble am i getting myself into buy putting 31's on it. it sits pretty good for stock, especially for those mini tires but its still got that stinkbug look, so i want opinions!!!!

Anything will fit if you have a sawzall. ;-P haha just kidding.
I had a buddy with 31's on his 2wd. Ummm his truck was abnormally high as far as 2wd's went though.
