Need some advice - check out the pics of my TPMS sensors

So earlier this week I had a shop around the corner pull the 31's off my Alcoas and put them on the new wheels we have for my bro-in-laws Jeep.
I told the shop owner/mechanic who was actually going to be changing the tires that the wheels have sensors in them. A few days later I picked them up along with my Alcoas which were in the boxes that the new Jeep wheels were in, like I asked him to do.
Now tonight I started to cut the bands off the Alcoas to transfer the sensors to my new wheels using the new bands I made. First one went on fine, got it on the new wheels and it seems to work great!
Second wheel..... pull it out of the box and find that he ****ed up the sensor. I thought, great... there goes $100 if I still want to put these on. So I pull out the third wheel and the sensor looks okay. Fourth one... not so much.
I know it seems as though I should go back there and raise hell... but it's complicated... he is one of the best customers of one of the stores I work for, etc but I don't want to get into that. I'll deal with that tomorrow and talk to my boss and get that part sorted out.
The main reason for this thread is to post a couple pics of them and hopefully some of the guys who work in tire shops see them and can give me an idea on whether I should still put these in....

They still seem pretty solid... it's really just the one corner thats f'd.
I think I may have overreacted when I found them... lol. The more I look at them the more I think they'll be okay. I guess worst case is one comes off inside the tire and the light will come on and I have to replace one for sure. Just an extra $15 to pull the tire off and rebalance I guess, on top of the price of the sensor.

They still feel pretty solid, and I won't know if the internals are damaged until they're on! So I guess we'll find out eventually!
