does anyone know what wheels? (pic)

this dude live around the corner fomr me and i love his wheels and his whole truck, hopefully i can find them in 16s. does anyone know what kinda of wheels these are cuz i can find them anywere.?

Don't know what the are, but if you get them in a 15" wheel the tires will be a heck of alot cheaper!

the only tire i want are the nittos and the smallest size they come in is a 16"
