Bodylift, wheels and tires on my fx4

Hey guys im about to go pick up these new wheels for my truck. My plan is to get them powdercoated dsg to match my 2 tone. and while thats being done im gong to install my bodylift. The only problem is I need to finish off my 32x11.5 km2s before new tires. So can I run the 32" km2s on 15x10s or should I just ride body lifted with my alcoas for a while? How do you guys think it will look with those 15x10s and some 33" duratracs?

32's will look ballooned on a 10" wide wheel. I had that setup years ago and I wouldn't do it again. You can always sell the 32's. They WILL sell fast to being km2's.

I agree, while they will fit the rim width isn't ideal. Sell them and buy some 33's!

Could do that but the km2s only have 20% left. I guess I will just wait it out. Im also going to be buying an SCT xcal soon. Do you guys know who is the best to write tunes for our rangers? thanks

In that case just run them the way they are until they're done... not worth the time or money to switch them onto another set of wheels!

I agree if the tires are almost done just leave it as is. Dont install the BL until you have new tires. Just do it all at the same time.

bamatunes is a good choice. He did a lot of tuning with rangers back in the day. Mostly works with Mustang Parts & Performance - American Muscle - Free Shipping!, but still tunes anything ford.

You can still put the body lift on and it will look ok with the 32's and alcoas.

I have a LaSota tune...i've been happy with it.

Cool thanks for the info guys, I cant wait to get a tune. What gains did you guys see from the sct? All i really want is better throttle response/ shift points and that will help out a lot. oh and the little bit of power is a bonus too.
