goodyear mt/r
how are they on the snowy roads compared to the rt/s, the guy at the tire shop said the rt/s are better
DONT EVER COMPARE THE MT/R TO THE RT/S!!!!!
There now that I got that out of the way the RT/S is the crappiest tire ever made your better off with slicks on in the snow than the RT/S. The MT/R is a GREAT tire I have never drivin in the snow with them but even though they are not sipped they do good in the rain and on dry pavement they are a great tire. |
probably the same, ive had both but would take the MTR over the rt/s any day. I love my MTRs but they are not the best for the icy roads
really hard to compare the tires |
sorry did not know to compare them lol, i will put the mt/r on then
its cool. MTRs are great but you pay for them with the price. but i love mine.
rt/s come stock on my truck and after 3 feet of snow the last week they suck.....cant wait to get some 32" MT ATZ on
I LOVE the mt/r's. I've got a set sitting awaiting the sas.
RT/S's suck period! lol
RT/S = Road Traction/Sucks
only thing the RT/S's are good for, is a cheap motor stand for a small block chevy....that's what i use my old ones for. lol.

i lit mine up on multiple occasions in parking lots.. laid about 100ft of rubber down one time, had to stop due to lack of sufficient parking lot remaining.. but in the rain.. my 35" MTZ's are by far better.. never had the RT/S's in snow.. i would say MTZs or Toyo MTs if you wanted a decent mud terrain in the snow |
The MT/Rs are great in the snow, my dad has a new set on his F-150 and really likes them.
