Hey guys new to messing with wheels

hey guys i have a 96 xlt rwd with the ugly stock wheels and i got a guy im wanting to buy some 2002 mustang 5 spoke wheels with good tires from and im not sure if they will fit without mods or not so any input would be sweet, thanks!

They will fit but they will tuck in a little farther in the fender.
