i finally got 15 inch wheels after having 14s for 2 years so now im looking at tires...a buddy of mine has 4 buck shot mudders with 50% tread he will give me but i dont know if they will clear the front. LAst week end a buddy of mine was out at my house with his 4x4 edge with the tear drop wheels (16s) and new 245/75/16 and they fit perfectly on mine with no rubbing or anything... so with the 31s not being but 30.5 or so tall will they clear the front with out having to level it right now

 

They might clear, depends on how much your front springs have sagged. They will definatly rub when the wheels are at full lock. Ive got the exact same truck as you. I also switched from the 14" to the 15" wheels. I put them on with 31's, and then very quickly switched to 235/75/15's. I think they look pretty good, and theres no issues with rubbing. At this point though, Im thinking about maybe dropping down a little bit, to a 215/75/15, to maybe get back a little more power under accelleration.

 

i mocked one up and did some math... the tires are not even a full 30 inches tall and will clear all around but at full lock like u said i will scrub...i have 4.10s so with the 31s it would but me to a 3.72.1 ratio which my stock was 3.73 so it worked out haha...if they dont clear or are stuffed guess i will make me some coil spacers...my truck is not that bad sagged...wish i had some pics of it but still dont have me camera back from my buddy...
