I have been looking for rims/snow tires for my 2003 edge 4x4 for a while now, In I just ran into a set of jeep rims w/ studded 265 75 16. Now the offset on my stock rims was about 5.5in and this guy says that the rims (that he has) have an offset of "about 4in". I know in theory that the rims will fit but will this shallower offset cause problems?

sweet, thanks! So for clarification, the shallower the offset the farther out the tires will stick out the side of the truck...?
