i dont think you will get 32's under it with only 2" lift. here is a pic of my old 86 longbed with 235/75R15's(29"). i lowered the coil buckets on the frame 2" which got 2.5-2.75" lift at the wheel and added a 2" block to the rear.

32's will never fit on your truck as it sits now. you are gonna need at least 4 inches of suspension lift. get a off road mag and search it, theres always complete kits for your truck for under 500 bucks.
the fender openings are just too small on the 2nd gen rangers. 1st gens were even smaller.
you could however find a sawzall and start cutting

you might be able to fit the 32's with a body lift and the coil spacers and some 3-4 inch blocks and take off your front fenders.
Bodylift = 3 inches
Coil spacers = 2-2.5 inches
So you could get 5 or 5.5 inches of lift + you already have the 2 inch lift coils so they
should fit.
Body lift = $110.00 for a 89?-92 ranger on ebay

Here are the coil spacers $105 they r 2" lift

putting a body lift on that old and rusted of a truck is not worth it, coil spacers is not really a great way to go on a twin I beam ranger, personaly i would go nothing more then a 1.5 inch spacer, it drops the beams down so far that you will need a 3 degree + or - alignment cams, you may never get the caster to come into specs. the proper way would be to at least get some drop brackets for the beams where that meet the frame then 2 inch spacers, i have seen these offered by themselfs and they are also adjustable for ease of alignment. total on that would be somewhere around 250ish, but then you will need rear 2 inch blocks and 4 longer shocks, plus a drop pitman arm.
so it would be best to just get a rough country 4 inch kit with shocks and a drop pitman arm for 500
