Loud squeking noise, front left tire. need help!

Okay, so just this morning out of nowhere I was driving and the squeaking noise was coming from my front left tire. it only does this when I am driving over 15-20 mph. I get this really annoying squeaking noise (squeak, squeak, squeak. not squeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaak) from my tires. this evening I took of the tire and my brake pads to check if anything might have been stuck in there such as a small rock, since I took it through some mud over the weekend. I cleaned it all. took it for a drive and it started back again. the Brake pads were replaced toward the beginning of the year, I don't think that is the problem. im currently on a strict budget and can do most work on my own, its driving me crazy, literally. could someone help me out please? I greatly appreciate it!

Check and see if the dust shield on the brakes is contacting the rotor.

I had that a while ago. Somehow it got slightly bent and made some funky noises. Bent it back and noise free since.

Just an idea.

Could be your balljoints, upper controll arm bushings or even the swaybar bushings.

thanks, very helpful. and I don't think its the balljoints cause the noise is like nails on a chalkboard, like something is jammed, or the rotor is scraping against something. gonna check the dust plate this afternoon, hopefully it does the trick. any other tips would be great.
