This is we I'm at right now. Washed, sanded, cleaned, primed, 1 coat of Duplicolor Engine Gloss Black. I'll be putting another coat then clear. Only the rear rims for now since I don't have time to do all 4 before my golf game at 2:30 so the other 2 will be done tomorrow and pics intalled will be tomorrow as well.

When I put the clear should I let the paint dry first or put the clear right after paint?

ahh the jealousy!!! cant wait to see how it looks all finished!!! always wanted to see some modded Y spoke rims!!

i think those rims would be sweet in like DSG or something similiar!

Looks good, now use a little tire shine and it'll set them off real well.

ooooooo....I saw a white sport with those wheels painted black a few months back in Tacoma, Wa. Pretty friggin' cool lookin' if you ask me!

yep. tire shine will make them stand out twice as better. looks great, i have always loved those rims, my favorite stockers

I get tired of cleaning my rims... having them black means I could wait 3-4 weeks between washing, lol

haha nice, i was looking at the wheel paint at the store today and im very tempted, i think i will do gray tho
