Lug Nuts 1/2x20RH 60 Degree Conical.. Bulge or Standard??

99 4x4 Ranger. I ordered up my Superlift today, and I am ordering my 15x10 Mickey Thompson Classic II's tonight from Summitracing.com. Need to order set of 20 lugs, closed end style. I have searched the forum for an answer, and have come up with somewhat of an idea of what to get.. Now I'd like some of your guys input on this. I already know 1/2x20RH 60 Degree but i need to know now Bulge or Standard seat type. Also, if anybody could chime in on this, i read a similar post but didn't find much of an answer. With the Mickey Thompson wheels, what depth on the lug nut threads might i need? I read a few guys saying they bought lugs and they were too shallow to fully tightened.
