Mickey thompson baja Mtz's Question

Hey guys, just wonder, I'm buying a set of Mickey thompson baja mtz's next week finally and the tire size states 31X10.50R15C. What does the C mean on the end? I believe that the C doesn't matter and I can still mount these tires to my new 15x8 rims I recently bought but just want to make sure. thanks for the help..

i think thats the load rating. right?

Its prolly load rating. I'd watch that cuz it looks like you got a 250 SD in ur avatar. Pretty sure 250 SD came with load range E tires stock. Basically w load range C you can't run manufacture suggested PSI ( C tires is prolly max 45 PSI Ford recommends 80 in the rear and 65 in front) and you can't tow as much in bed weight or tongue weight. If it were me i'd look for at least a D range tire which is prolly 65 max PSI.

Nope putting these tires on my ranger. the f350 turbo diesel in my avatar is my neighbors buddys lol that truck was nuts. So I take it I'm all set then? thanks guys

Found this on google C = If a Euro-metric sized tire ends with a "C," it signifies the tire is a "Commercial" tire intended to be used on vans or delivery trucks that are capable of carrying heavy loads. In addition to being branded with the "C" in their size, these tires are also branded with their appropriate Service Description and "Load Range" (Load Range B, Load Range C or Load Range D).

I guess that means I'm all set?.. :)
