My 22" Wheels Have Arrived!

After waiting for about a freakin' month for my wheels and tires to come in, they are finally here! Well, they haven't been put onto my truck yet, but that problem will be discussed in the next paragraph.

So, here's the problem. Since the TIS wheels homepage didn't specifically have the correct bolt pattern for my Ranger, the company that I purchsed the package from custom drilled some holes in the wheel in order for them to fit. They did a great job on that, but the problem is that the lug nuts that were sent are too small. The custom holes that they drilled are just wide enough for the lugnut, which means I can't get any type of socket around it in order to tighten them up. So, I went to about three or four tire shops, including two local ones around my area, then to the National Tire and Battery. Well, not one of those companies had anything they could do for me.

The wheels will be put on my truck today due to some new lug nuts that were sent from discountedwheelwarehouse.com (from whom I purchased from). If that doesn't work, I'll be using spacers until I can get the money to have some custom lug nuts made by a local machine shop. I'll be posting pics later tonight or early tomorrow.

guess i was wrong:

Dub - noun

Car wheel rim. "Can I get a WOOP WOOP to these ****** from all my *****es who don't got love for ****** without dubs" -- Jay Z (Can I get a...)Actually it is specifically 20" rim, not just any rim
Another word for dancing (grinding)
A 20 sack of weed

I had the same problem with the lugs on my rims when I 1st got them, so I bought some long lug nuts that stuck out far enough so I could get my lug wrench on them.

The rims are now on the truck! As soon as I get out of work (where I am right now), I'll run home and take a few pics of the rig. But, they won't be too good, since the truck is still dirty and it is a rainy day here in North Georgia. But, hey, they DO look awesome.

We decided to go with some spacers to get the rims on, so that worked out perfectly. Check back later today or tonight to see the pictures of my truck.

I've got the pics, ladies and gentlemen. A few pics of the side, from up front and from the back to show the tire width, and a shot of the Clarion screen inside. It's raining here so I can't wash it yet, but here they are:

Take the rear blocks out and slightly lower the front by uncranking the torsion bar bolt.

Looks really good though man.
