Really could use some help on wheels

I have a 1999 Ford Rangers Ext Cab 4X4 all stock

Been looking for new rims

alot of info I have read but still confused a little.

Recommended backspacing on a 15x8 wheel is 3.75 inches with -19mm offset.*

read the above somewhere

also looked into

15x8

- 5 on 4.50/114.3mm - Load Rating = 2200 LBS Backspace = 3.34 INCHES Offset = -19MM,-.750 INCHES Part Number 1755865U
made by Ultra 172 but guess they wont fit

So Im here

Ok
I would like information on rims
15x8 or even 16x8 what ever ones will fit a stock ranger

was considering Outlaw 2 also

Thanks for any help
ps. the ultra wheels Im guessing they wont fit because backspacing is only 3.34 and I guess I need min 3.75

When you say both, Im taking it your sayin either 15X8 or 16x8 correct

or are you refering to wheels I listed

if so, the dealer said he called Ultra and that wouldnt fit with out a lift or trim.

Thank you for replying

3.34 backspacing will work because the rims will stick out almost a half inch more than 3.75. Less backspacing = rims stick out farther. More backspacing = wheels are tucked in under the fenders more.

Ty, that's sounds good,
I'm trying to keep this wheel and tire deal easy.
but 15x8 or 16x8
figured I would go with bfg all terrains
but have any ideal what size tire.

if i was to go with Ar outlaw 2 with bfg At, what would be all your size choices on a stock truck, ty

Stick with 15x8 just for the fact of tire prices being cheaper. Stock with a t-bar crank you can fit the 32x11.50's but a lot of people run 31x10.5's. If you daily drive it and wheel it get an all terrain tire like bf goodrich or goodyear duratracs

There isn't much of a reason to need help just jack the front of your truck up,find the bolt, spray it with some wd-40 then crank it. it isn't hard at all it took me longer to find my jack lol
