33x12.5x15 on 15x8" wheels, stock height, nearly maxed t-bars, trimmed fenders. Still rubbed on u-turns/3 point turns and while wheeling.
Same tires and wheels with 4" superlift. No rubbing anywhere at any time. Had my rear driver's tire about 2 ft. in the air once flexing and wasn't rubbing.

What I did, bought new rims and tires (that way later I can just buy tires and they'll fit). 33x12.50x15 WILL fit with torsion bars just shy of maxed. You only have to trim the inside of the flare and I could never get mine to rub after I trimmed. Here's where you have to trim and why.
After I rode around like that I ended up getting spindles and AAL. I plan on doing a body lift sometime this summer because I don't think double-lifted rangers look bad on 33's. I will get 35's though when these wear out just because they're bigger. It's all up to you and what you think looks good though, but 33's or whatever metric size equivalent will fit.

Dont forget tho, that while rangers and every other vehical on the road is a cookie cutter design, what works on one truck may not work on another of the same year/trim. every vehical is different. So, do be surprised if people on here say 'it wont rub' and then it rubs a little bit, Hell, my 245/75/16's - STOCK tires RUB on the passenger side splash gaurd. they have rubbed since the truck was new.
