Will these 15inch wheels fit on my truck?

I have a 2011 ranger with the stock 16 inch rims and I would like to put 15 inch alcoas on it instead. Because my truck has rear disk brakes it doesnt look as if they will fit. Can anyone tell me for sure whether they will fit on not. Thanks in advance.

You have to make sure the bolt pattern is correct, & back spacing is comparable to your stock rims.

Whomever you buy them from should at least put them on to see if they fit. I know Discount tire will do this.

They gave larger brakes up front so w/o even getting to the fears, they might not clear the fronts. To touch on what Clinton also said, if the backspace is different then your stock 16's they might not clear the hub or rear brake set up. Thus you would need spacers. They also sell spacers to convert from one lug pattern to another....

But didn't FX4 Level II's that came out after the larger brakes were put on come with 15x8 Alcoas too, or am I wrong?

If that is the case, then the alcoas should fit.

I think that some of the new rangers came with 15s stock. So I don't see why he would have any kind of issue. Unless Ford used different sized rotors.

After they did the rear disc swap, I'm certain the majority including fx4's up here had 16's. However, there could have been some that had 15" steelies w/ rear disc like fleet trucks. They might have even. And with the aluminum 15" rim that came on my generation's stx.

My 2011 2wd has 15'' steel rims with rear disc and the towing package. It has very little clearance on them though.

I have a 2005 ranger XLT 4x4, and it had 16 inch wheels, got a set of summit racing 15 x 10 wheels with a 4" back space and barely clear the break caliper,

Relax Dude !

I've had several new Rangers 4x4 since 1983. The 14 inch wheel is for 2 wheel drive only . I current own a 2006 4x4 I bought new in 06 with 16 inch wheels that fit the sport trac with disc brakes on the rear as I have owned 2 new sport trac's 03-04 that have the same wheels as the ranger all around . I use a factory 15 argent wheel as a spare tire. O.P.'s thoughts
