There is no best tire for off-roading because there is alot of types of "off-roading". Boggers are the best for mud if you have the HP.

I would run claws possibly on a daily driver (in fact, nowadays I might run boggers, but my way of thinking a driving my rig has changed), but for an offroad only rig I'd run boggers. Though it's true that it's because I see more muck than rocks, but boggers do rocks well also. I hear they ain't great for sand though -- although I think the driver might have a lot to do with that.
I've really settled down my aggressive driving style since I put the unsiped muds on the rear of my truck. I had that one spin out accident that whanged my front bumper and it taught me a lesson. Now, I've actually got my front sway bar disconnected most of the time and so I drive even gentler.
Oh well, all the tires noted are good -- not a loser among them. Just a choice as to how agressive you want to be and exactly what you do.
