ok so i have a 94 ranger with wheels from a 98. the clear coat around the holes are cracked on every wheel. pics below. i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove it or if i should just buy new wheels. whats you guy's input? buy new wheels? or would muds look ok on the wheels? yes the pictures are crappy, but thanks

 

Not a thing you can do besides replace them or sandblast them. Your kinda stuck with it.

 

you could try to polish it maybe so its not as noticeable

 

i know a guy who said that he has burnt the clear coat off of many wheels but it takes a long time, i think 300 bucks for black steel wheels?
