lug nuts for new rims

So I just bought some new rims, Pro comp series 51 15x8 (3.75 BS) and am wondering if my current lug nuts will fit? and if not what size of acron nut should i look for?

I may just get new ones for the looks, my old ones are starting to look worn out and dirty

Thanks a bunch

I'd go with these. I had them on my new wheels and they were nice. McGard makes great products. You'd need 5 sets of them plus 1 of the sockets that fit them.

What size are those? I'll 9/10 buy whatever i find in the store when i get the rims put on, and i'd prefer chrome to match the center cap

they're 1/2x20 which is the size for rangers/bseries. they make them in chrome too. most of the stuff in stores the chrome will chip off and is junk unless you're buying stock style lug nuts.

lol no problem. stores usually carry regular mcgard ones, not spline drive but they'll get the job done. Regardless if theyre spline drive or not, mcgard is good ****.

This is a kit of the same ones, but in chrome just for the hell of it. Comes with everything you need too
Chrome SplineDrive 5 Lug Wheel Installation Kit (1/2"-20 Thread Size); Set of 16 Lug Nuts, 1 Installation Tool, 4 Wheel Locks, 1 Key, Key Storage Pouch

Haha yeah they're slightly expensive but well worth the money. You get a good product.

Compared to the lug nuts some people I know have, those are cheap. Talking like $400 for a set

What's wrong with your current lug nuts? They'll work fine.

by your avatar it looks like you get snow where live. keep a good coat of wax on them so the salt and stuff never actually sticks to the paint!

Yea it's pretty horrible how much salt gets put down, I already try to wash my truck once a week, and i get the fully extreme wash with wax when i got through the automatic wash's

Or he could paint them blue. That'd work haha

But seriously, op, that's a good suggestion

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I have the same wheels, they will get dings from rocks, and get rust spots requiring paint to keep them fresh anyways, so I didnt care if my lug nuts werent pretty, because they got painted at the same time.

In my eyes, as long as they hold the wheel on their good enough.
