I don't need tires anyways, so I'm going to keep my mud tires on till they die. I like to drive "performance" style and have been looking into getting an Accord. I know road tires will not do good at all on/in mud, dirt, snow, and ice, and since i'm going to erie for school (which is right at lake erie, and they get tons of snow in the winter), i'll need my off-road tires.
Putting 22's on would look nice, but the truck is still not made for high speeds, mostly because it's a 4x4 and wouldn't be nice to lower, and trucks are not for that.
I do have a support system made for my sandbags for right over the axle so they don't slide around.

No, your truck isn't meant for high speeds.. but it is quite capable of the legal limit on every US highway I've ever been on. And I'm suprised you bought 'mud tires' if you like to drive 'performance style'. I've heard horror stories about MT's performance in the rain from drivers that I believe are pretty laid back..

Just get a set of all-season's for it and call it a day.

I do "easy" performance driving, a little more that a truck should do, but my 'mud' tires ( firestone rmt's, not super mud tires, but not an all-terrain ) go great in the rain, I take it easy in the rain and other stuff though.
My truck is more than capable of going the speed limits, haha.
