Pics of the Ranger...wheel choice?

I'm looking for some new wheels. I don't know if I want to stay with a 15 inch or not...(although I like that I can keep my tires if I do)...

I'm looking at these..http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jeep-...ht_3041wt_1217

Would these fit? They also have these same wheels but in a gloss black, which might go well with the yellow? Anyone have any suggestions as to what would look good on my truck?

Those wheels wouldn't look to bad as long as they didn't have the Jeep centercap. How about the Mustang Coke bottle type wheels? I can't remember their real name...Or even better chrome Mustang Cobra wheels. I'll see if I can find a picture.

I'd love to have some stang wheels on it. Like the bullit style or cobra style...but the backspacing thing scares me. I can see myself buying a set and them not working. It's all too confusing to me.

^^^ those wheels will work and they will look sick do something different as you can see on the front of triggers truck he doesn't have good taste when it comes to accessories for his truck but you do with those wheels, just don't go put a huge off-road bumper on a street queen.

BTW your truck looks sweet with the yellow and will look even sweeter with those chrome wheels keep them chrome don't paint them black

What about them in black? Either way, I do like them. I could def. find a way to cover the jeep center cap. even if it means making a vinal sticker or something....my parents have a gerber cutter and all that...

will these have offset issues? from the looks of it, it seems that the wheel will mount much further over my hubs? Or am I wrong?

Ok you're right about the ditch. How can you possibly figure I can't use it for what it's intended for? It's made to mount a winch on, which I intend to do someday. It's made to put lights on, I did and I will add more. It's made to be a brush guard which it has served it's purpose and it is made to be strong to push stuff(small trees) or whatever out of the way, which someday it will.

Just because I got stuck in one ditch, doesn't mean my truck is a street queen. I have wheeled the crap out of my truck, Done stuff w/ my 2wd that a Bronco on 38's w/ SFA couldn't do w/o locking it in 4wd.

So explain away.

im going to have to call b.s on the getting threw stuff that a bronco with 38s

the main purpose of that bumper is to help you get over obsiticals that are higher than your front bumper and your 2wd truck couldn't even start over half the **** my stock front bumper has been over

Go ahead and call BS, You weren't there. It was at the Union Grove meet two summers ago.

How do you figure that. Just because you only see one purpose to it doesn't mean that there is only one purpose for it. Like I said. Someday it will hold a winch, hopefully soon it will have some off-road lights on it and it will and has served as a brush guard and will protect the front of my truck against more than you stock bumper will.

Look I am done arguing with you. If you don't like the way MY truck looks, don't look at it. My truck is getting built the way I want it in my time.

Sorry about hijacking your thread Andrew. On the wheel topic. I think agree that black wheels with a chrome or polished lip would look awesome!

I don't see why they wouldn't, but I am not sure.
Here's an Explorer with some Cobra wheels. The Ranger uses some of the Expo wheels so might be the same.

Here are some 17" Cobra R wheels on you gen. Ranger:
