Noob tire question!

Ok so Im going to buy some 35"s, but when I look at the it say 35/12.50 and 11.50. If Im running 235/75R15 right now should I get the 12.50 of 11.50? What do those numbers mean?

The 12.5 and 11.5 are the width of the tire, defn go with the 12.5. In a 35x12.5r15 tire the 35 is the diameter, the 12.5 is the width, and the 15 is the diameter of the wheel opening.

Are your stock rims 15" or 16"? A 12.50 is a big tire to run a 15x7, I would move up to a minimum 15x8. It can be done but you'll get better tread wear out of a 8 or 10 inch rim.

If I were you I'd upgrade to a 15x8 or a 15x10, 15x7 has been done but it makes the tire wear weird because it hugs the sidewalls in so much.
