Backspacing : Distance from the backside of the rim to the mounting surface.
Offset: Distance from the centerline of the rim to the mounting surface. Not sure which way is positive/negative.

so it looks like between 4.5 and 5" of backspacing, thats kinda high.
but i have 17x9 wheels with 4.5 backspacing (-12 offset) and a 34x12.50 tire and i dont have any problems at all.

looks like they will have too much backspacing especially if you are going to lift it...if you are set on those you could get spacers...do some research on them though...there are many opinions on wheel spacers...

Im not dead set on them.. I like the simple look of the circle's.. but i dont like chrome, polished.. i like the gun metal color.. or black...
The rim size/backspacing/offset is still a little ocnfusing.. but i will re-read it a few more times..
