Mud Terreins OR Cooper Cobra 295/50/R15

Here's the deal, got a 05 Ranger, Id really like lift and Mud tires and all, but its a 4x2...I dont know if its going worst on mud than i already am with this tires...so i'm on a crossroad, should i go with the 4WD look, or some cooper cobra 295/50/R15 for a more sport-ish look...I count your opinion Vallueable...

Thanks for your posts in advanced! Already have 15x10 wheels...

Love my M/Ts, mine is only a 4x2, adding a limited slip to it this weekend. It's still a blast to mess with off road. I'd of course like a 4x4, but really I can't complain. I still get it out and tear on it, it holds up just fine. I can't cross a lake or 2ft mud hole, but i can sure get it dirty! Holds its own better than I thought it would, and when you get stuck with a 2wd usually you don't get as screwed as you would with a 4x4 lol. Pros/Cons i guess to everything

I paid about $300 for a set of my tires, brand new. they are sold by pep boys, made by cooper. 31x10.50s, if you watch their ad you can find a 'buy three get one free' deal, which is what i did.

Man its hard to beat BFG MT's, great looks, acceptional tread life, but ya gonna pay a pretty penny for a new set. I got 265/75R16 (equivelent to a 32x10.50) for right at 900 mounted and balanced.
As for lifts, is your truck torsion bar or coil spring suspension?

I have factory 16" wheels. Look in any magazine or even on tirerack.com, 265/75R16 BFGoodrich MT's are anywhere from $190-$210 a pop.

I wish I had 15" wheels.
